Main Event is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Kansas City North, MO to lead a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment operation under the guidance of the General Manager. You will supervise front- and back-of-house teams, influence guest experience, monitor financials, and drive performance across departments.

You must be 21+ with 5+ years in hospitality, capable of managing COGS and labor, and comfortable with long hours, weekends, and holidays in a busy, noisy environment.
