Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager in Chesterfield, MO to lead day-to-day restaurant and entertainment operations. You will drive guest experience, optimize labor and COGS, and mentor hourly team members across shifts to deliver outstanding service.

In this role you will recruit, hire, coach, and develop staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate with the leadership team to meet financial and guest satisfaction goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing COGS and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
