Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking an Operations Leader to guide a full-service property in Joplin, MO, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless cross-department coordination. You will be a visible leader, mentoring staff and driving key performance metrics across quality, service, and profitability.

The role emphasizes coaching, rigorous standards, and daily demonstrations of best practices to elevate guest satisfaction and hotel results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success. Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments and lead on guest service excellence.
• Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success in their roles.
