UFC GYM in Hawaii seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in driving sales, operations, and a world-class member experience. You will coach the team, manage daily operations, and uphold the brand’s Train Different philosophy while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

You will lead guest outreach, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to achieving monthly membership and coaching targets in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace).
• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Daily management and supervision of frontline staff and department leads.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of new team members.
• Act as a role model for the Train Different philosophy and foster an energetic environment.
• Lead guest pipeline management, outreach, and member sign-ups.
• Help the team reach monthly membership and private coaching targets.
• Execute in-club events and community outreach to drive awareness and sign-ups.
• Assist GM with scheduling, inventory management, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Support & Leadership

• Member Retention: Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns before they elevate.
• Club Excellence: Conduct regular "walk-throughs" to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully functional.
• Admin Support: Assist the GM with scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all company policies.

Qualifications
