Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in driving sales performance, operations, and a world-class member experience. You will coach the team to meet targets and uphold UFC GYM standards.

You will lead front-line supervision, onboarding, and daily operations while promoting the brand’s Train Different philosophy and ensuring a positive gym culture. A path for career advancement and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace).
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily Management: Assist in supervising front-line staff and department leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Training: Support onboarding and ongoing development of new team members to meet brand standards.
• Ambassador: Act as a role model for the 'Train Different' philosophy, fostering an energetic, welcoming environment.
• Lead Production: Manage guest pipeline, including lead generation, outreach, and tours for potential members.
• Goal Achievement: Help the team reach monthly membership and private coaching targets.
• Promotions: Execute in-club events and community outreach to drive awareness and new member sign-ups.
• Member Retention: Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Team Support & Leadership

• Club Excellence: Conduct regular "walk-throughs" to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully functional.
• Admin Support: Assist the GM with scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs.
