• Enhance customer experience and guest support.
• Oversee inventory, promotions, and cash handling.
• Manage facilities and building oversight.
• Lead culture, communication, and huddle sessions.
• Oversee store operations and standards.
• Develop and coach team members for performance.
• Schedule and manage team, including conflict resolution.
• Provide training and performance management.
• Prepare KPI reporting and participate in management meetings.

Position Summary:

The Assistant General Manager is a salaried people leader. It directly manages the sales team, coaches' execution, holds accountability, and ensures value is driven through a guest-centric experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in retail or retail leadership role, preferred

• Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting
• Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor
• Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required
