Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations under the General Manager. The role requires guiding teams in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will analyze financials, drive revenue, control costs, and ensure staffing, training, and operations meet high standards while maintaining a fun, safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 5+ years in restaurant/hospitality.
• Experience managing COGS and labor costs.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Comfort with fast-paced, noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive employee relations and delegate duties to maintain morale.
• Analyze financial reports and develop plans to grow revenue and control costs.
• Ensure staff training programs are executed.

Job Description: THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house and back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
