Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards across front-of-house and back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.

You will thrive in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment scene, inspiring the team and guests with a fun, high-energy approach while driving results and sustaining a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing COGS and labor.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Not afraid of a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive employee relations and delegates managerial duties to foster high staff morale.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs to meet budgets.
• Ensure execution of staff training programs.
• Maintain staffing levels and management coverage to meet business needs and maximize guest experience.
• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house and back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age


• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience


• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor


• Strong business acumen


• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience


• The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays


• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
