Dave & Buster's Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager to lead designated front-of-house or back-of-house segments under the guidance of the General Manager. The role emphasizes strategic initiative leadership, cost and labor control, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee staffing, training, and execution of standards, while driving revenue growth and maintaining a safe, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive team member relations, including effective delegation of managerial duties and fostering high staff morale.

THE SENIOR MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house or back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.

• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
