Superhost Hospitality TownePlace Inn/Fairfield Inn and Suites in Kentucky is seeking an Assistant General Manager. You will play a pivotal role in daily operations, overseeing front desk, housekeeping, and food services, while driving guest satisfaction and performance targets.

You will partner with the General Manager to implement policies, manage budgets, and develop teams. The role requires strong leadership, hospitality experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success and smooth operation of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Managing and leading various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food services.

• Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:
