Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants. You’ll partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and develop a team and champion change.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing hospitality team to deliver legendary experiences.
