Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, a leading casual dining brand, seeks an Assistant General Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee shift managers and front- and back-of-house teams, partnering with the General Manager to elevate service, quality, and guest experiences.

You bring restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience, a solid grasp of labor laws and health codes, and a passion for training and developing your team to deliver legendary guest moments.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure top restaurant performance.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
