MBC Talent Connections seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead cafe operations in Atlanta. You will partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, staffing and daily workflow, while upholding company standards and financial discipline.

You will coach a high-performing team, manage scheduling, payroll and HR tasks, monitor costs, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance—stepping in for GM when needed and seeking continuous operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a cafe/restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, HR and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of labor costs and cost controls.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask independently.
• Restaurant365 experience is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and community-focused work.

Overview

A growing, community-focused hospitality operation in Atlanta is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Assistant General Manager. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and handling the operational and administrative responsibilities that keep a business running smoothly.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary: $55,000–$65,000, depending on experience
• Off by 5 PM daily — no late‑night closing shifts
• Every Sunday off

Responsibilities
