Qualifications

• Prior management in restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, HR administration, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of labor management, costs, and restaurant ops.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem solving.
• Comfortable multitasking and working independently.
• Experience with Restaurant365 or similar is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and community impact.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily café operations with the GM, including staffing and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, and HR administration.
• Monitor labor costs, inventory, financial reporting, and P&L.
• Coordinate vendors, purchasing, facility maintenance, and equipment.
• Maintain systems, compliance, and admin processes.
• Handle guest communications, events, and catering.
• Act as the leader during GM's absence.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and growth.
