The Assistant General Counsel provides a broad array of hands-on legal advice in the areas of U.S. Government contract law and related subcontract and commercial contract law. Responsibilities include identifying risks, providing mitigation strategies, supporting complex transactions, and offering expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and 15 requirements as a prime or major subcontractor. A significant focus will be procurement, including negotiations with suppliers. The role involves working directly with business counterparts, legal staff, and the Bell General Counsel. This is an on-site position in Fort Worth, Texas.
