The Assistant General Counsel provides a broad array of hands-on legal advice in the areas of U.S. Government contract law and related subcontract and commercial contract law. Responsibilities include identifying risks, providing mitigation strategies, supporting complex transactions, and expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and 15 requirements as a prime or major subcontractor. A significant part of the work involves procurement, including negotiations with suppliers. The role involves collaboration with business counterparts, other legal staff, and the Bell General Counsel. This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
