The Assistant General Counsel provides comprehensive legal advice in U.S. Government contract law, including subcontract and commercial contract law. Responsibilities include risk identification and mitigation, supporting complex transactions, and expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and 15 as a prime or major subcontractor. The role is procurement-focused, involving negotiations with suppliers, and requires collaboration with business units, legal staff, and the General Counsel. This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
