The Assistant General Counsel provides a broad array of hands-on legal advice in the areas of U.S. Government contract law and related subcontract and commercial contract law. Responsibilities include identifying risks and providing mitigation strategies, supporting complex transactions, and offering expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and 15 requirements, as a prime or major subcontractor. The role is procurement-focused, involving negotiations with suppliers. The Assistant General Counsel will collaborate directly with business counterparts, other attorneys, legal staff, and the Bell General Counsel. This is an on-site position in Fort Worth, Texas.
