Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and admission to State Bar.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience with professional responsibility matters and ethics preferred.
• Active license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; willingness to commute to Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Handle defense of Firm and personnel in claims arising from work.
• Procure professional liability and cyber insurance; assist with related issues.
• Serve as primary contact with ALAS.
• Act as Loss Prevention Partner and advise on ethics and conflicts matters.
• Support attorneys and management in client/matter management and business issues.
• Assist Finance with accounts receivable management and collection processes.
