Winston Taylor LLP in Chicago seeks an Attorney Intelligence & Research Assistant to support lateral partner hiring research and outreach. You will maintain a global candidate repository, track outreach, and prepare reports for Firm leadership, reporting to the Senior Attorney Intelligence & Research Specialist and executives in External Affairs and Attorney Recruiting & Integration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ months in a law firm or professional services, strong research

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
6+ months of professional experience in a law firm or professional client service environment.
Prior legal industry experience preferred.
1+ year of research/data management experience preferred.
Experience with research platforms (Westlaw, Lex Machina, Capital IQ, PitchBook, The Deal, SurePoint, Pirical, LinkedIn) preferred.
Must live within commutable distance to the firm office and come in 3–4 days per week.

Mansioni

Identify potential lateral partner candidates aligned with the Firm's strategic needs.
Manage a global repository of lateral partner targets and track outreach.
Maintain relationships with the partnership for intel on the lateral market.
Monitor news on lateral market trends and prepare reports for Firm leadership.
Maintain the team's project tracker for reporting purposes.
Assist with candidate outreach and responses to leadership.
