Elysée New York, managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced Senior Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead Salon Sanssouci and hotel F&B operations. You will supervise front-of-house staff, ensure service aligned with Forbes Five‑Star standards, and translate luxury criteria into daily action.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive F&B experience in upscale luxury settings with 3 years in management.
• Experience translating luxury criteria into daily service, coaching, and quality assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily restaurant, lounge, in-room dining operations, and other F&B outlets.
• Provide exceptional hospitality, greet guests, monitor dining, resolve concerns, ensure service recovery.
• Serve as manager on duty for the restaurant during shifts, lead in absence of Restaurant Manager.
• Review guest feedback and loyalty program input to drive improvements.
• Recruit, interview, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate staff; conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Monitor staffing, labor costs, inventory, and operational procedures; control costs.
