Mammoth Mountain is hiring for a front desk leadership role in Mammoth Lakes, California. This position oversees front desk, bell, valet, and concierge operations in the Front Desk Manager's absence.

The role emphasizes guest service, staff training, employee relations, and purchasing support, with the employee acting as manager on duty when needed. A four-year degree is preferred and experience in front desk operations is required.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel front desk and reservations operations.
• Minimum of 6 to 12 months of supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Sirius and Visual One.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of Front Desk including front desk, bell, valet, and concierge in the absence of the Front Desk Manager.

Hourly pay rate: $25.00 to $32.50
