Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op is seeking an Assistant Front End Manager to oversee day-to-day front end operations, ensuring accurate cash handling, efficient checkout, and excellent customer service. You will mentor Cashiers and Helper Clerks, uphold co-op policies, and work under the Front End Manager to maintain department standards and compliance with labor guidelines.

You will also assist in scheduling, break coordination, and daily reconciliation, while promoting a welcoming environment

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience cash handling in a retail setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient use of POS systems and computer software used in store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold Co-op policies, procedures and expectations.
• Supervise cashiers and helper clerks and coordinate staff schedules.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and tills reconciliation, and report deposits.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service that reflects cooperative values.
• Partner with Front End Manager to develop, implement and enforce operating standards.
• Attend meetings and participate in safety protocols.
