Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op is seeking an Assistant Front End Manager to oversee cashier operations and support the Front End Manager in daily leadership. You will ensure accurate checkout, handle tills, coach staff, and promote outstanding customer service in a cooperative environment.

In this role, you’ll develop and mentor front-end personnel, monitor compliance with policies, and help manage scheduling, safety, and store standards while upholding the co-op's values and community focus.

Formación

• 3+ years’ cash handling in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Knowledge of store policies and labor guidelines.
• Experience with POS and cash reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Front End operations in absence of Front End Manager.
• Ensure accurate checkout, cash handling, and customer service.
• Maintain tills, deposits, and banking processes.
• Schedule labor and manage breaks per contract.
• Train and coach Front End staff, conduct meetings.
• Uphold policies and safety procedures.
