Job summary

SACRAMENTO NATURAL FOODS CO-OP in Sacramento, CA is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver exceptional checkout experiences, handle cash accurately, and support ecommerce order pickups on a busy Front End. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.
• Experience: Customer service experience.
• Computer: Proficient with POS, email, website, and time clock software.

Responsibilities

• Upholds all Co-op policies, procedures and expectations.
• Handle all transactions accurately including giving correct change and correctly entering departments and prices.
• Load customer purchases into bags and assist with transporting to vehicles.
• Assist customers with ecommerce pickups and special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front End and sales floor.
