Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee daily operations in our Seattle store. You will lead hourly team members, coach and train staff, and ensure high standards for food safety, pricing accuracy, and promotional signing on the sales floor.

This role requires capability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hourly teams in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to interview, train, coach and develop staff.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly team members and manage performance through coaching and development.
• Assess backroom and sales floor operations daily to uphold Food & Beverage standards.
• Prioritize workload, review reports for trends, and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Monitor progress of team members against workloads and area routines to ensure operational excellence.
