Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced assistant foodservice director in Cartersville, GA to oversee culinary, safety, sanitation, and operations for the account. The role focuses on leading a large staff and ensuring high-quality food and friendly service in a professional, efficient operation.

You will recruit and train staff, manage financial performance, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication across all employees within the campus dining program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
• Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
