Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced assistant foodservice director in Cartersville, GA to oversee culinary, safety, sanitation, and operations for the account. You will lead staffing, ensure service quality, and drive profitability while maintaining strong leadership across teams.

The role requires supervisory and foodservice experience, solid financial stewardship, and excellent communication. Location is onsite at Georgia Highlands College - Carters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ supervisory experience.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated assistant foodservice director to our Elior Collegiate Dining team in Cartersville, GA. As an assistant food service director, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.

What we're looking for:

Compensation Range

Compensation is up to $55,000 / year based on experience.
