Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced assistant foodservice director to oversee culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations for the Cartersville, GA account.

As an assistant food service director, you will recruit, train, and retain a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams, while ensuring high quality food and friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ supervisory experience.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated assistant foodservice director to our Elior Collegiate Dining team in Cartersville, GA.
