Responsibilities

• Assist with managing Goldbelt’s Tramway restaurant and F&B operations.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Implement workflow procedures per General Manager guidance.
• Conduct inventories and ensure proper admin processes.
• Schedule front-of-house and manage labor against budget.
• Train staff to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborate with F&B team on new ideas and offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and updates.
• Recruit and develop service staff and performance reviews.
• Enforce security procedures to protect staff, guests and assets.
• Respond to guest feedback to improve experiences and sales.
