The Role

As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the daily operations of our luxury food and beverage offerings. You’ll work closely with F&B Managers and the Director of Food & Beverage to ensure smooth service across NoMI Kitchen, Lounge & Garden, In-Room Dining, and Banquets, maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting in operational strategies, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards. You will also develop and implement training programs, support event execution, and uphold our commitment to luxury service.

This role offers growth through coaching and mentoring, with a focus on delivering exceptional service, continuous improvement, and leadership. We provide tools, knowledge, and support to help you thrive and advance your career in food and beverage.

Salary

The salary range is from $51,600 to $61,800, commensurate with experience.
