Overview

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Magnificent Mile seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to lead their team. Located near Magnificent Mile shopping and Navy Pier, the hotel offers 378 rooms, multiple F&B outlets, and extensive meeting space. The role reports to the Director of Food and Beverage and involves overseeing restaurant outlets and private events with a team of two managers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Food & Beverage departments to ensure high standards of quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits.
  • Plan and oversee departmental operations and administration.
  • Control food, beverage, and labor costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of food and beverage experience in a hotel or restaurant setting, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits
