The role reports to the Director of Food and Beverage and involves overseeing restaurant outlets and private events with a team of two managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Food & Beverage departments to ensure high standards of quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits.
• Plan and oversee departmental operations and administration.
• Control food, beverage, and labor costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
