The Twelve Thirty Club in Nashville, TN is hiring an Assistant Food & Beverage Director to oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, and events. You will partner with culinary and beverage leaders to maintain service standards and financial controls, while coaching managers and hourly staff.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in high-volume F&B leadership, strong guest-service focus, and solid knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage service.

• Experience overseeing multiple outlets.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, labor management, inventory, and cost controls.
• Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to maintain service standards.

Who you are:

• Have 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in full-service, high-volume food and beverage operations, preferably overseeing multiple outlets
• Support the Food & Beverage Director in leading daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of budgets, financial reporting, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
• Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to maintain consistent service, product quality, and operational standards
• Lead daily decision making, staffing, scheduling, and planning to support business needs
• Create memorable guest experiences and handle guest concerns with professionalism and sound judgment
• Bring a strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and beverage service
• Coach and develop managers and hourly team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and growth
• Maintain standards for cleanliness, food safety, and responsible alcohol service
• Perform calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing priorities across multiple outlets
• Understand POS systems, OpenTable or similar reservation platforms, and tools used for scheduling and financial reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve service, strengthen operational efficiency, and drive revenue
