Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations within Double Blacks, IRD, and In-Room Dining. You will ensure seamless guest experiences, drive operational efficiency, and develop teams across outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in F&B management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with a flexible schedule.
• Current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local/state government.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager – Double Blacks & IRD will assist in overseeing daily operations and service excellence within our Double Blacks, our elevated coffee shop experience, and the In-Room Dining outlet. This role ensures seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and team development across both outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a passion for hospitality, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. the Assistant Manager may also support other Food and Beverage venues as needed, based on business levels and operational priorities.
