Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations within Double Blacks, IRD, and In-Room Dining. You will ensure seamless guest experiences, drive operational efficiency, and develop teams across outlets.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a hospitality environment. This role may support other F&B venues based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in F&B management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with a flexible schedule.
• Current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local/state government.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Double Blacks, IRD and Food and Beverage teams.
• Support and drive food and beverage initiatives and standards.
• Collaborate with culinary and events teams to coordinate activations and seasonal offerings.
• Foster accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement across outlets.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and performance development of F&B colleagues.
