The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager – Double Blacks & IRD will assist in overseeing daily operations and service excellence within our Double Blacks, our elevated coffee shop experience, and the In-Room Dining outlet. This role ensures seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and team development across both outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. the Assistant Manager may also support other Food and Beverage venues as needed, based on business levels and operational priorities.
