Job summary

US Fitness is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to lead New Member Orientation, coach staff and members, and drive personal training sales to deliver lasting member results.

You will run biometrics, goals, and Smart Start conversions; supervise trainers; manage leads and reports; and support club operations with a friendly, sales‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• Friendly coach with strong sales, great communication, and a team mindset.
• Organized, punctual, tech‑comfortable, and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities
