Job summary

ONELIFE FITNESS in Winchester, VA, is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to lead New Member Orientation, coach members and trainers, and drive personal training sales to help members achieve lasting results.

You'll manage PT leads and follow-ups, keep records, run reports, and support club operations during peak hours. A strong certification, CPR, communication, and team mindset are essential, with opportunities for in-house certification and career growth.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (required).
• Current CPR/AED certification (required).
• Friendly coach with strong sales skills, great communication, and a team mindset.
• Organized, punctual, tech-comfortable, and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Keep member records accurate, run reports, and support audit/meeting needs

• Lead from the Front and help with day-to-day club ops
