Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Sterling, VA is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to lead New Member Orientation, coach members and trainers, and drive personal training sales to achieve strong member results.

You'll schedule orientations, assign and mentor Personal Trainers, manage PT leads and follow-ups, and keep records updated while supporting club operations and peak-hour coverage.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• Friendly coach with sales skills and team mindset.
• Organized, punctual, tech-comfortable, and able to work flexible hours.
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or related field.
• 1 year of personal training experience.

Responsibilities
