Job summary

US Fitness in Cumming, GA seeks an Assistant Fitness Director to lead New Member Orientation, coach members and trainers, and drive personal training sales while delivering outstanding member results.

You will supervise Personal Trainers, manage PT leads, run reports, keep records accurate, and support club operations during peak hours. This role blends coaching, sales and leadership in a dynamic health club environment.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (required).
• Current CPR/AED certification (required).
• Friendly coach with strong sales skills, great communication, and a team mindset.
• Organized, punctual, tech-comfortable, and able to work flexible hours.
