Job summary

Workout Anytime is hiring an Assistant Fitness Director to help grow our Personal Training department through consultative sales, exceptional member experiences, and leadership. This role targets motivated fitness professionals who thrive in a goal-driven environment and enjoy building relationships to transform members’ lives through Personal Training.

You will conduct Success Sessions, sell Personal Training programs, and develop your own client base while generating leads and supporting

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification or related degree is preferred.
• Experience in Personal Training and/or fitness sales is preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
