Job summary

Workout Anytime is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to drivePersonal Training sales, build relationships with members, and lead the PT department. This role combines consultative sales with leadership responsibilities to enhance member experiences and department growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in a goal-driven environment, enjoys helping members transform their lives through Personal Training, and possesses strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification or related degree is preferred.
• Proven sales experience in fitness or similar environment is preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members.
• Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals.
• Build and manage your own training client base.
• Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training.

What We’re Looking For
