Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting (GAAP).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications.
• Experience with hotel management and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Finance in daily financial operations and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
• Analyze financial performance, investigate variances, and provide profitability recommendations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and cash handling to safeguard assets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, tax regulations, and GAAP.
