Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience supervising accounting staff members.
• Experience with Hyatt systems such as Infrasys, Opera and Oracle is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hotel's general ledger and financial reporting.
• Supervise Finance staff, coaching and evaluating performance.
• System administrator for accounting programs and on-site controls.
• Assist with year-end audit process and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, cost controls and cash management.
