What You’ll Do:

Drive exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence by effectively managing teams, vendors, equipment, and facility resources.
Lead exciting projects and innovative programs, ensuring they align with business priorities and ISS global/local standards.
Identify and champion best practices, bringing innovative solutions from concept to successful implementation.
Foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and seamless project rollouts.

Who You Are:

A proven professional with 4+ years of facilities management experience (supervisory experience preferred).
Ideally holding a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field (experience in Pharma Manufacturing is a bonus!).
Tech-savvy, highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of excelling independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual skills are a plus!
