Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Two years of relevant work experience in a professional office environment.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and related programs.
• Type at least 60 words per minute with accuracy.
• Perform basic business math (discounts, interest, percentages).
• Strong written and verbal communication; grammar and proofreading skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend manuals, dictionaries and technical material.
• Position is fully on-site; work from assigned property five days per week.
