Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii seeks a hands-on Food & Beverage coordinator to support the Director of Food & Beverage in managing service across all outlets and to collaborate with managers in promoting sales. The role leads F&B team members, requires a high school diploma with 2–3 years hospitality experience, and values strong organizational, communication, customer service, and leadership skills.

Base pay starts at $58,000–$75,000.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-3 years of hospitality experience, preferable in the food and beverage operations. Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and team leadership skills are essential. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
