Job summary

Outrigger Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii is seeking a Food & Beverage supervisor/manager to ensure the successful operation of all F&B outlets, amenities and room service, while coordinating with culinary and hotel teams to maximize performance.

The role requires 2–3 years of resort/hotel F&B supervisory experience, multi-unit F&B exposure is a plus, and familiarity with Micros or Silverware is preferred; base pay starts at $73,000 with potential for higher compensation.

Also, responsible to work collaboratively with Chef and kitchen team and hotel support staff, i.e., accounting, front office, human resources, sales, etc. to maximize food & beverage performance. Must also be prepared and available to assist with catering, banquet and events when necessary.

While base pay starts at $73,000.00, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
