Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Kailua, HI is seeking team members who embrace the aloha spirit to provide exceptional beverage and guest service in our bar/lounge setting. You will assist guests with drinks, food service, and friendly, courteous interactions consistent with our brand standards.

The role supports flexible shifts and a strong service mindset, with opportunities for growth through our training and development programs. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of "Aloha" while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• To serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of a bar/lounge in compliance of the liquor commission.

Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
