The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is seeking a Server Assistant/ Food Runner to support the Food Server/Bartender in delivering exceptional guest service at the Deer Valley resort. This fast-paced role requires good communication, physical stamina, and the ability to lift and move moderate weights while maintaining a guest-first attitude.

Qualified candidates will have flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays, and must hold a current alcohol server certification or food

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Open/flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Current alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local/state government.

Responsibilities

• The Server Assistant/Food Runner assists the Food Server/Bartender in serving guests.
• Must be able to lift, pull and push moderate weight in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintains continual guest contact and supports a high level of service.
